2026 Training Schedule

Players are expected to arrive at training on-time, and equipped for rain/cold on every single day, especially earlier in the year. Parents must arrive before the conclusion of training to pick-up their child. Training schedules and locations are subject to change.

Please download and join our club’s communication app, Heja (see club newsletter for details or email staff@seattlevikings.com to get your team code to join). Updates for training and games will arrive in Heja first so make sure to follow along there and on Facebook.

2026 TRAINING SCHEDULE

Training for the high school side will begin on January 5th.
Training for U12 & U14 sides will begin on February 2nd.
Training for U10 flag rugby will begin on 7 February.

Check Heja for times and locations and be aware that the schedule can change; day-to-day updates will come through Heja.

In general, practices will be held Monday and Wednesday nights from 7-9pm through the season with Saturday training sessions (0930-1130) until competitive fixtures begin (typically in early March). Weeknight practices will be held at Meadowdale or Shorewood High Schools (check Heja for day and location) and Saturday training sessions (along with any home games) will be held at Magnuson Park.

Practices run through mid May.

U10 TRAINING:

Saturdays at Magnuson Park, starting February 7 2026: 9:30- 11:00 AM

Mondays at Shorewood High School, starting March 2 2026: 7:00 - 8:00 PM

U12/U14 TRAINING:

U12 and U14 will practice with the following schedule:

Mondays at Shorewood High School, starting February 2 2026: 7:00 - 8:30 PM

Wednesdays at Meadowdale High School, starting February 4 2026: 7:00 - 8:30pm

Saturdays at Magnuson Park, Field #5, starting February 7 2026: 9:30 - 11:30 AM
