Creating the Total Student-Athlete
This team is the training ground for players to become athletes. An excellent cross-training environment or alternative for football, middle school rugby presents every player the opportunity to run the ball, kick, pass, jump and tackle from every single position on the field. Players who play rugby in the spring/summer return to high school football and soccer more fit, capable and competitive.
